Mode of Action
Chlorpheniramine binds to the histamine H1 receptor. This blocks the action of endogenous histamine, which subsequently leads to temporary relief of the negative symptoms brought on by histamine.
Indications
For symptomatic Treatment of Allergic disorders
Eczema, Urticaria, Skin oedema, Dermatitis Mastitis
Anaphylactic shock & reactions, Insects bite and serum sickness
Any other reactions occur in Animal
Dosage and Administration
Ruminant Animals:
0.3-0.4 mg/kg/day (1 ml per 40 kg body weight) for 3 to 5 days with I/M route
Packing : 30 ml & 100 ml
