Description:

Vetina Gralic Oil Extract is the active ingredient of Garlic. When garlic is crushed for extraction lliinase enzyme is released which converts allin into allicin. Allicin degrades into metabolites a iallyl disulfide,

diallyl trisulfide, diallyl tetrasulfide, monosulfide, pentasulfide, etc. The chemical name of Allicin is Dially thiosulfinate.

Step 1: Allinase enzyme released from garlic converts allin to Allicin

Step 2: Allicin degrades to a Metabolites – diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, dially tetrasulfide, mono   sulfide pentasulfide etc., By Reduction reaction

Allicin has become a generic word for the aforementioned metabolites, it is loosely used to describe all the metabolites collectively. So, it must not be confused for actual Allicin chemical (i.e Diallyl Thiosulfinate) Allivis is true “allicin” (diallyl thiosulfinate) there is no difference in naturally extracted allicin and Vetina Gralic Oil Extract. We offer you a concentrated form of the product (much higher in concentration when compared to natural garlic).
