Vetina Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumerate 10% is a pleuromutilin antibiotic drug that is used in veterinary me dicine particularly for poultry and pigs. Vetina Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumerate 10% is a diterpene antimicro bial with a pleuromutilin chemical structure similar to that of valnemulin. TiaGon is a semisynthetic deri vative of the antibiotic pleuromutilin.

Vetina Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumerate 10% has bacteriostatic action, based on binding to bacterial riboso mes, thus inhibiting the action of the enzyme peptidyl transferase, finally resulting in the inhibition of pro tein synthesis.
Vetina Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumerate 10% is mainly active in vitro against most Gram-positive bacteria, some Gram-negative bacteria. After oral administration, TiaGon is quickly absorbed and maximal blood levels are obtained after about 2 hours. More than 95% of the administered dose is excreted within 72 hours with urine and faeces.

Vetina Tiamulin Hydrogen Fumerate 10% is indicated for the treatment of CRD caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum in poultry and swine dysentery caused or complicated by Treponema hyodysenteriae
Dosage:
For Oral Administration via Feed:
Poultry: 500 grams to l Kilograms per ton of feed on a regular basis.
Pigs: 500 grams to l Kilograms per ton of feed on a regular basis.
